Description

The first large commercial plant was put into operation in March 2024 for the Rimac plant, Nevera, with a processing volume of 100 m³/day. The task is to produce drinking water from rainwater in the Rimac industrial park and in electric car production. Before the water enters the cistern, it is pre-cleaned by the PURAIN filter. A Biox pump pumps the rainwater from the rainwater tank into the AQUALOOP membrane tank. These are equipped with 11 membrane stations consisting of 66 membrane cartridges. The central filtration pump conveys the rainwater through the UF Aqualoop membrane into the clear water tank. The system delivers up to 100 m³ of treated roof runoff water every day. The UV system installed in the pressure line serves to additionally disinfect the water before it is passed on via the pump system (PROFI) to the consumption fittings.
